Support
SGC OPs accounts are created by invitation, so for anything about your access —
which teams you are in, which channels you see — your organisation’s administrator is
the fastest place to get help. Everything else is below.
Start with your administrator
Your organisation’s administrator can:
- send you an invitation, or a new one if yours has expired
- add you to a team or channel, or remove you from one
- remove a message or file that should not have been posted
- deactivate your account when you leave
Common problems
I can’t sign in
- SGC OPs opens SGC’s own sign-in page by itself. Sign in with the email address your
invitation was sent to. If the page does not open, the app shows its login screen
instead: tap SGC SSO there.
- If the sign-in page says your account is not allowed to use SGC OPs, your
invitation has not been accepted yet or your access has been removed — ask your
administrator.
- If the app says it cannot reach the server, check that your device is online and
that the server address is ops.sgc.ai.
I’m not getting notifications
- Check that notifications are allowed for SGC OPs in your device’s Settings.
- In the app, open Settings → Notifications and use
Send a test notification to check delivery to all your devices.
- Notifications are not sent to a device while you are active on SGC OPs on another
device, depending on your notification settings.
Something in the app is broken
Open Settings → Report a problem. It opens SGC’s support chat at
legit.services in your browser, where you can tell us what went wrong. The app itself sends
nothing. It helps to mention the app version, shown under Settings → About SGC OPs.
